Sharing the Taoist Tai Chi® Arts at the Niagara Health Expo

Niagara Branch participants gave an interactive presentation on how to improve health through the practice of the Taoist Tai Chi® arts to visitors at the Niagara Health Expo in St. Catherines. The Branch also had a booth in the exhibitor’s hall where participants shared their stories of how these arts have helped them.
