When I do my daily Taoist Tai Chi® practice in the morning, I have more energy and feel more motivated and productive during the day.
When I do my Taoist Tai Chi® practice in the afternoon, it helps to take away the anxiety and worries of the day.
And when I miss my morning Taoist Tai Chi® practice at home, I can find a quiet time at work to practice.
Doing some Taoist Tai Chi® practice every day helps me keep calm and able to focus – and keeps my back from seizing up from too much sitting and scrolling through the news. It’s wonderful to be able to practice outside with the sun setting behind the mountains and the birds singing in the trees.
