Peaceful Calmness

The months of self-practice for me have provided an opportunity to discover a peaceful calmness in how I approach my practice and how I approach everything in my life.

Practicing slowly and thoughtfully by myself has allowed me to calmly focus and reduce the chatter in my head, focusing on the feeling and not thinking so much about how I should be doing the move or foundation.

Calmly making a plan, focusing and doing it have become a new way for me to approach my practice, administration tasks, my employment work, home chores and just about everything in my life.
