The Tiger's Mouth Blog: Growing Appreciation for Daily Self-Practice
Each day I practice Taoist Tai Chi® arts it feels like I have taken a mini-vacation. When I do one or two sets daily, stress is released and my mind, body and spirit become relaxed. I have also recognized how daily practice of the dan yu increases my heart rate and circulation.
I have grown to appreciate daily self-practice in the comfort of my own home!
