The Tiger's Mouth Blog: Transformation to Come

The practice of Taoist Tai Chi® arts, the sequence of all movements or a few foundation exercises, allows me to center myself, regain focus, come back to the present moment and have clearer ideas.

Regular practice has changed me, not just physically, but also psychologically. My way of being has changed for the better and it’s not over. The evolution has been gradual. On the social level, I’m learning to speak in public. Formerly, I wanted to enter below the floor. Fortunately, there are still a lot of transformations to come, as my whole body evolves.
