Our Participants were instructed to let go of the form and let go of worry. While practicing Taoist Tai Chi® arts, we worked on expanding and contracting throughout the day. We were challenged to use spine, use no arms and push our foot into the floor while doing the set. Listening to the instruction, the set felt different as it seemed more connected to the ground force. One participant who is quite new, said that what she picked up from the programme was how to move and would transfer the way of moving into her daily life. It was nice to take the time to also connect with each other!
