The Tiger's Mouth Blog: Reflection on 50 Reasons

During 2020, the 50th anniversary of Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism, participants in Western Region created a list of 50 reasons to practice Taoist Tai Chi® arts.

Reflecting on  these ideas, I found that there were some which particularly resonated with me, such as:

                  Taoist Tai Chi® practice strengthens my body, mind, spirit. 

I am finding that with regular self-practice, my body feels stronger, and it seems that the aging process is slowing down. With the administrative work, and with help from leaders, my mind is also getting stronger, I am becoming more confident, and better able to speak up in group conversations. In addition, with the regular chanting for the world my spirit feels stronger.
