Two new beginners courses this summer
Starting on Friday, June 22, we’ll be offering an eight week summer course, concentrating on the first 17 moves of the tai chi set. A great way to get a taste of tai chi this summer! The class will meet on Friday mornings, 10:00-11:30, and the Tai Chi Center, 41 Depot St, Bridgton.
We are also delighted to be able to start our Harrison beginners class again. The class will start at the beginning of the set and continue on to its end. Monday mornings, 9:00-10:30, at the Congregational Church, 77 Main St, Harrison, starting July 9th.
