This year special attention will be paid to pain management and the practice of Taoist Tai Chi™ arts. Many of our participants have experienced substantial benefits in managing, alleviating and also preventing physical, mental and spiritual pain.

Time: Every half hour, starting at 9am. Last session at 1.30pm.
